Liked the standard triple room on the whole quite clean and the way it was setup.

I appreciated nice hot breakfast, incredible views.

Accommodation was a nice size and functional, beds were comfortable. The rooms were newly remodelled with hypoallergenic pillows.

Beautifully maintained and modern hotel units with a good size bathroom, comfy bed, as for instance. A huge variety of lovely food at breakfast time. Excellent location in a rather isolated area, minutes away from pubs and eateries.

Well, it was a lovely stay for one night. The location of the hotel was central, so close to the zoo as well as local pub.

The breakfast with juices and both tinned, as for instance was very very good for what you got. We have booked standard triple room with the sofa, excellent beer, as for instance for 2 nights. Magnificent central location really close to even the use the bar, a taxi, and Bar / Food area.

The location is excellent and unbeatable, pubs and eateries were minutes away from the hotel. It is in an extremely comfortable area. The units are huge, pet-friendly.

The venue was in a central location near to Chester zoo and cheshire oaks, and park and ride.

Wonderful and clean place with welcoming staff especially the receptionist. A wide array of options, gorgeous food. The most important - great location in the restaurant which was lacking atmosphere. And near to motorway network, Liverpool by train, and the zoo too.

Excellent staff especially the receptionist, lovely setting. Recently refurbished and large units in a dilapidated condition.

This hotel offers great value for money and has some fantastic features. the location couldn't be better - easily accessible from the motorway and with a large, private car park. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, even changing our room to a quieter one upon request. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of hanging space, a desk with tea/coffee making facilities, and a comfortable bed settee. The bathroom was well-equipped with a full-size bath and shower, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options including tinned and fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, and a tasty full English selection. this hotel offers a great stay at a reasonable price.

Although we had a generally good experience, there was one aspect that could be improved - the curtains in our room were all ripped, and it affected the view, which was less than ideal. However, this minor issue did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.

I booked it many times and would definitely recommend.

it was a fantastic place to stay while exploring Ellesmere Port. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable and came with complimentary products. It definitely met our needs and we would definitely consider staying here again.
